Old pallets. New life. Made by hand.

Nothing wasted. Nothing rushed.

Every piece in Tim's shop starts life as an old pallet that was heading for the skip. Tim takes it apart by hand, picks the best boards and turns them into something worth keeping.

He keeps the character: the saw marks, the knots, the odd old nail hole. Then he planes, sands and finishes the rest until it's smooth to the touch. Most pieces can be wood-burned with a name or a few words of your own.

Acoustic Guitar Phone Speaker

No batteries. No wires. Just wood and air.

A pocket-sized acoustic guitar with a horn carved inside. Drop your phone in the slot and the wood makes it louder and fuller.

Hidden inside this guitar is a horn, carved right through one of the layers. It starts narrow, exactly where the phone's speaker sits, and widens smoothly all the way to the soundhole. It's the same trick as a megaphone or an old gramophone horn. Nothing to charge, nothing to pair, nothing to go wrong.

Made to order

Tim keeps the bare bones of every piece ready, then personalises, finishes and packs yours after you order. It's usually posted within 7 days. We'll email you when it's on its way.

Postage

£4.50 per order by Royal Mail Tracked 48, anywhere in the UK. Everything is sized to go in a small parcel, so it arrives safely and the postage stays low.

Every one is different

The pictures show each design. Yours is cut from its own reclaimed boards, so the grain, colour, knots and old nail holes will be its own. Tim only uses heat-treated pallets, never chemically treated ones.

Returns

Changed your mind? Send back a plain (not personalised) piece unused within 14 days of it arriving and we'll refund it. Personalised pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless something's wrong. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email [email protected] with a photo and we'll put it right.
