The picture shows the design. Yours is made from its own reclaimed boards, so the grain, colour and marks will be unique to it.
Solitary bees, ladybirds and lacewings need little holes and gaps to shelter and lay eggs. This bug hotel gives them plenty: a pallet-wood house with a pitched roof, packed with offcut blocks drilled with holes from 3 to 10 mm and bundles of thin sticks.
Every hole is drilled clean and smooth so wings don't get torn, and the back is closed to keep the wind out. Hang it somewhere sunny, about a metre off the ground, near flowers.
It's made entirely from pallet offcuts, so it's the most recycled thing in the shop.

Postage
£4.50 per order by Royal Mail Tracked 48, anywhere in the UK. Everything is sized to go in a small parcel, so it arrives safely and the postage stays low.

The pictures show each design. Yours is cut from its own reclaimed boards, so the grain, colour, knots and old nail holes will be its own. Tim only uses heat-treated pallets, never chemically treated ones.
Returns
Changed your mind? Send back a plain (not personalised) piece unused within 14 days of it arriving and we'll refund it. Personalised pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless something's wrong. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email [email protected] with a photo and we'll put it right.
